With a new office location in the heart of Fremont, California, Dr. Rakesh Safaya has been serving his patient’s for over 28 years. The last 10  years he has served the Bay Area’s growing vascular/surgical needs. We pride ourselves on giving our patients a caring and compassionate environment.
